· Eshtë pergjegjes per regjistrimin e faturave ne sistem dhe pagesat e furnitoreve sipas afatave te kontratave dhe stokut.
· Ploteson xhirimet e bankes dhe ben rakordimin me furnitoret ,rregullimin e e artikujve me minus ,rivleresimin dhe kontrollin e kostove ne sistem cdo dite.
· Kontrollon marzhin ,shitjet,te ardhurat,shpenzimet dhe raporton per to.
· Mban pergjegjesi per gjendjen fizike te arkes nese i eshte lene nen administrim.
· Njeh detyrat e menaxherit dhe duhet ti kryej ato nese lind nevoja ne mungese te tij.
· Nderhyn me mendimin dhe veprimin e tij per cdo gje tjeter qe ka lidhje me mbarevajtjen e puneve ne market edhe pse nuk ka te bej me detyren e tij funksionale.
· Ben ruajtjen dhe sigurimin e faturave te blerjes ,shitjes ,dok te bankes dhe pagesave ndaj tatimeve .(arkivon ne dosje te vecanta per cdo muaj).
Kualifikimet:
· Aftësi shumë të mira komunikuese dhe negocimi.
· Të jetë korrekt dhe i disiplinuar në menaxhimin e produkteve te Kompanisë,
· Aftësi për të manaxhuar kohën.
· Njohuri shumë të mira të paketës Windows Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
· Njohuri te sistemit Financa 5
· Te kete eksperience te mepareshme ne pozicione te ngjashme.
