- Marzhet target per kategori,
- Hapsirat per pozicionime secondare
2. Perzgjedh asortimentin per kategori ne perputhje me nivelet e furnitoreve dhe produktet qe ato tregtojne.
3. Nderton lay out e dyqanve duke ju permbajtur kontratave te lidhura.
4. Zhvillon pemen e kategorise sipas trendit te shitjes dhe standarteve te industries moderne te retailit.
5. Sygjerone dhe miraton ofertat e katalogut dhe ofertat in store per market.
6. Monitorim tregu , cmimet e shitjes, prezenca e produkteve, dhe risite e tregut ,monitorim I katalogut te konkurences.
7. Analizon performancen e kategorise, shitje, marzhe, dhe kerkone nderhyrjen e bleresave per te rinegocuar cmimet e blerjes nese evidentohen mos ruajtja e target marzh.
