NJOFTIM PUNE - IN SHOP CONSULTANT - ALUMIL ALBANIA

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
-Proven experience in customer service.
-Experience with profile systems and fabrication drawings is preferred.
-Previous experience in the industry or in the customer support department is a plus.
-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Very good knowledge of English.
-Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, internet use, and comfortable with new technologies.
-Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered as an asset.

Position Objective: Be the designated person in the warehouse, to support both fabricators and colleagues technically and commercially.


Main Duties
Convert customer requests into material orders using AlumilCal, considering available stock levels.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations to customers.
Enter and update customer data in the CRM system.
Review customer orders for material discrepancies and suggest necessary modifications.
Ensure customer orders are complete with the corresponding accessories and recommend additional items (cross-selling).
Offer technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
Contribute to the process of defining and managing store stock levels.
