Te komunikoje dhe sherbeje klienteve sipas standarteve te kompanise
Te realizoje objektivin mujor individual dhe ne grup te shitjeve duke arritur ne menyre te vazhdueshme objektivat e vendosura nga departamenti i shitjeve;
Pergjegjes per mirembajtjen, organizimin dhe pozicionimin e produkteve ne sektorin e tij;
Te kete njohuri dhe te monitoroje stokun e produkteve ne sektorin e tij;
Te menaxhoje ankesat dhe komentet e klienteve sipas standarteve te kompanise;
Te ndjeke dhe te zbatoje procedurat e shitjes;
Te informoje klientin lidhur me cmimet e produktit dhe menyren e mundshme te pageses;
Te informoje klientin lidhur me gamën e produkteve të ofruara dhe demostron apo shpjegon përdorimin dhe funksionimin e produktit për shitje;
Keshillon klientin per perdorimin dhe kujdesin lidhur me produktin perkates
