NJOFTIM PUNE - INVENTARIZUES - DD DISTRIBUTION
Specialisti i Inventarit eshte pergjegjes per planifikimin, zhvillimin dhe zbatimin e procesit te inventarizimit fizik ne te gjitha njesite e kompanise. Ai/ajo monitoron ciklin e inventarit, ndjek procedurat ne sistemin SAP, analizon diferencat, ndihmon ne optimizimin e administrimit te stokut dhe propozon permiresime per eficiencen dhe saktesine e menaxhimit te inventarit.
• Kryen inventarizimin fizik te produkteve ne te gjitha kategorite (p.sh.: cigare, produkte te fresketa, inventar total) sipas planit dhe procedures se miratuar.
• Kryen inventarizimin periodik te arkes ne perputhje me kerkesat kontabel dhe te auditimit te brendshem.
• Poston dokumentin perfundimtar te inventarit ne sistem pas analizimit te te dhenave.
