JUNIOR PAYROLL ADVISOR (GERMAN SPEAKING)
Overview of the position:
-The Junior Payroll Advisor will be responsible for supporting the payroll process, including data entry, certificate management, as well as time management data.
- Duties and Responsibilites:
* Careful and accurate recording of personnel master data.
* Creation of existing reports.
* Preparation of certificates using work aids.
* Absence and time management.
* Handling customer inquiries and inquiries from the customer's employees within the respective area of responsibility.
* Processing topics using solution templates or process descriptions.
Qualifications:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in Excel.
* Good knowledge of German language.
* English skills are desirable; in certain areas.
* Willingness and ability to learn.
* High quality standards.
* Resilience and flexibility.
* Teamwork skills.
* Good numerical understanding.
