Kerkon te punesoje:

- CUSTOMER CARE/ SHERBIM KLIENTI.

- Detyrat:

• Siguron nje sherbim te shkelqyer ndaj Klienteve, ne perputhje me te gjitha rregullat dhe
politikat e Megatek, me qellim rritjen e kenaqesise se klientit dhe arritjen e objektivave te
kompanise.

* Mirepret me etike te larte profesionale cdo Klient qe afrohet prane Kujdesit ndaj Klientit dhe prane sportelit tek Kthimet.

* Siguron qe Klientet pershendeten duke I uruar mireseardhjen dhe i respekton ne cdo moment qe kalojne duke i sherbyer me buzeqeshje..

* Degjon me vemendje kerkesen e klientit dhe jep zgjidhje ose rekomandon alternativa te pershtatshme..

* Ofron informacion duke i ardhur ne ndihme Klientit per udhezimet e publikuara, sherbimet ne dispozicion, gamen e produkteve dhe vendodhjen e tyre.

* Jep udhëzime mbi karten e klientit, tarifat e transportit, menyrat e pagesave dhe shpjegon me interes cdo sherbim tjeter qe mund te kerkoje klienti.

* Përgjigjet të gjitha thirrjeve telefonike ne menyre profesionale në përputhje me standardet Megatek dhe siguron qe te gjitha kerkesat te mbarohen ne kohe reale.

* Bashkepunon ngushte me departamentet e tjera, në mënyrë për të kënaqur nevojat e klienteve.

* Trajton kërkesat e klienteve në mënyrë profesionale dhe efikase.

* Rezervon transport per produktet sipas kerkesave te klientit dhe ne perputhje me procedurat e kompanise.

* Mundeson kthimet e produkteve te klienteve ne perputhje me te gjitha rregullat dhe procedurat e kthimit.

* Zbaton me perpikmeri rregulloren dhe te gjithe procedurat e miratuara.

* Siguron qe klienti pajiset me formularin e garancise per produktet qe perfitojne garanci.

* Informon klientin mbi kushtet e garancise dhe procesit te mbeshtetjes gjate kohes se garancise.

- Detyra te tjera sic nevojiten/kerkohen:

- Kualifikimet:

* Edukimi: Diplome Universitare, e preferueshme diploma per "Shkenca Sociale".
* Eksperiencë pune: Preferohen eksperiencat e ngjashme te punes.

* Te jete i gatshem dhe i afte te punoje ne grup.
* Te pelqeje punen me njerezit dhe te jete entuziast.
