Dollapi i dhomes se madhe dhe te vogel dhe mobilja e kuzhines si ne foto.

I am renting a 2+1+2 apartment with a balcony and 8 big windows 1.7m wide and 1.7m tall, facing north-east-south, 85 square meters net, for 590 Euros, which can be discussed. The apartment has two bathrooms, two rooms, and a kitchen. It is well-lit with 8 windows in total, including the balcony glass door, facing northeast-south. There are 3 windows in the kitchen facing north, the balcony door, and one window in the kitchen facing east, two windows facing east and one facing south in the large room, and one window in the small room facing south. The balcony has a clear view of Mount Dajti, and so do the windows on the east side. It shares a wall with the neighbor in the small room and bathrooms, and a neighbor below because I am on the top floor. The other three sides are free, so there are no issues with noise from neighbors. It has thermal insulation with stone wool, which is fire-resistant up to 2000°C, and the windows are double-glazed, duraluminum.

The apartment has been lived in by me so I've put things and appliances not with the objective to rent it out. In addition to typical household appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor fan, washing machine, TV (55" 4K Smart) I also have a dishwasher and a clothes dryer. The air conditioner is in all three spaces: the kitchen and the rooms. The appliances are energy-efficient, and the highest bill was 8000 Lek in winter, while the lowest was 1700 Lek. Dish sets, cutlery, blankets, duvets, and bed linens are also included. Two beds, one single and one double with mattresses. The wardrobe for the large and small rooms and the kitchen furniture as shown in the picture. The floor corridor also has 4 windows and ventilation. The apartment in the east and south has below a garden with trees and roses part of the complex's gardens.

The apartment is located in the Mangalem 21 complex, Ali Demi, near the New Electric Market. It is in building number 3, which is the first building when you enter the complex (numbering of buildings starts from the further side of the entrance), not deep into the complex. There are 5 floors in total, with 4 apartments per floor on 3 floors, and the second floor is a commercial space. The elevator is not often used because there are only 12 apartments, and the entrance door downstairs is with a key.
