Job position: Graphic Designer.

Department: Marketing Department.

Location: Tirane.

The graphic designer is responsible for preparing images and finding a visual solution to transmit to end consumers the various messages of promotional campaigns, respecting the brand image, with impact, imagination and commercial value.

Detyrat
Responsible for creating visual images and concepts for brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, PoP or other publications, working simultaneously with images and words.
Conception, creation of illustrative materials or different communications inside the stores as well as outside them according to the places, positions and spaces created.
Collaboration with Marketing Coordinators to understand the objectives/needs of different promotions.
To understand and carefully interpret these needs, translating them into concepts that fulfill the objective of the promotion.
Conception of promotional materials, for products/promotions/campaigns etc.
To present the finalized concept or project to the approving functions.
Electronic archiving of photos and files of products, images, as well as storage and updating.
Electronic archiving of any other project or campaign worked on by various partner brands of Neptun.
To work with a variety of media, from written, visual (also audio).
Control and be responsible for the final product delivered for production.
To follow the production in specific cases when there is a need for more technical assistance.
To have close knowledge of production costs in relation to promotional materials.
To have knowledge of production materials such as the type of paper, adhesive, forex, etc.
To adopt the changes/new ones that are made in the design software and to implement them in continuous use.
To respect/maintain the use of the Neptun logo in every publication, strictly according to the rules manual.
Kualifikimet
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in this field.
Higher education degree in a relevant area.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of animation programs such as GIF, Flash, and 3D is an advantage.
Creative abilities include concept development, slogan creation, and other promotional materials.
